DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A REALLY GOOD EGG FREE COOK BOOK?

My son is sixteen months aged as well as allergic to eggs. I’m seeking for a prepare book which is usually egg giveaway (not milk, wheat, gluten, etc free)
Thanks though we listened which a flaxseed underling creates things gummy. Does it or any alternative ideas?

I don’t know of a cookbook, but I did want to let you know that you can substitute flax seed for eggs when baking. It’s 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed + 3 tablespoons of water for every egg, and it works in anything. Just wanted to let you know in case you didn’t already!

I know in cakes you can use applesauce instead of eggs and it turns out great. You can google egg free recipes and see what comes up.
