DOES ANYONE KNOW A SIMPLE,EASY AND GOOD HOW TO COOK BOOK WITH PICTURES?

I need the elementary in progress book how to grill the hamburger,how to prepare fish etc! in really elementary conditions as well as easy illustrations.Can someone indicate me in the right direction.I am not seeking for the recipe book usually the how to prepare book.

    Betty Crocker is a good one

    Cooking for kids is good too

    Go to your library and check out the recipe books or just look thru the racks at Barnes and Nobel or Borders

    Try one of these. You can’t go wrong with Betty Crocker. That’s the one I started with.

    I’m a beginner cook, and the easy book that really got me started was Campbell’s “1-2-3 Dinner” (it has 3 steps per meal and pictures of the ingredients). There are other ones out there too. I bought a book for my fiancee (that I also use) called “A man, a can, a plan” which is the same basic concept as that first one, and now have added “Cooking with Garlic” to my meager little collection, which also is pretty easy to follow. All of these have thick, sturdy pages and pictures catered to people like me who aren’t born chefs.
