My relatives referred to which i should buy the prepare book so which i sense how to cook. we only longed for to know if there have been any great ones which any a single could suggest me… Thanks!

anything by Alton Brown – He keeps it simple and has a sense of humor. “I’m Just Here for the Food” is a good one of his books.
stay away from the “themed” cookbooks until you are comfortable with the basics

Also a good idea is to sign up for Cooks Illustrated monthly publication if you can this is a Fabulous Magazine and has a very resourceful section on the “how” and “why’s” of cooking.
